$250 per night with a two night minimum stay

$275 per night with a 3-night minimum stay (excluding January, please see Summer rates)

$350 per night with a 3 night minimum stay
Easter & New Years
$400 per night with a 3-night minimum stay
The above rates are based on 4 guests with an additional $25 per person up to a maximum of 10
All bookings include a $150 cleaning fee and a $300 bond

Rain water to entire house except flushing toilets.
Shop with petrol and alcohol is approximately 10 minutes drive.
Wongulla boat ramp is approximately 2 minutes away.
The township of Mannum is approximately 20 minutes away.
All bedding and towelling supplied.

CONDITIONS
Pets welcome by request - please discuss when booking.
No smoking in the house.
Fires allowed in fire pit only and subject to CFS restrictions, please bring own wood.
No tents, campers or caravans
No motorbikes or quads
Maximum occupancy is 10 - this includes day visitors
Occupancy is on the basis of leaving the premises in a clean and tidy state - excessive cleaning will be deducted from the bond
All breakages and damages are to be paid for
Security - when leaving please ensure all windows, doors & gates are locked and all lights and air conditioners are turned off
Please be respectful of neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 9am
All rubbish to be put in Wheelie bins located outside the shack
